So I am brand new to backyard chickens, and chickens, literally just got the chicks yesterday! I am wondering, do chicks need like vaccinations or treatments for anything? I have no idea if they have been treated for anything by the person we brought them off, I am guessing, not. What are chicks prone to? I have three hyline chicks couple days old.

I've neve vaccinated my chicks, however I feed them a medicated feed Until there about 4-5 months old then they get the big chicken feed. That's all I do

Most backyard flocks are not vaccinated. The most common thing a chicken might be vaccinated for is Marek's disease. Vaccine kits can be purchased online, but it's only available in 1,000 doses per bottle. They don't have anything for only vaccinating a few birds at a time. This is a big reason why backyard flock owners don't usually vaccinate.
Medicated feed does not contain any antibiotics. It contains a thiamine blocker to prevent coccidia protozoa from developing in a young birds gut so they can gradually build up a resistance without getting seriously ill. If you don't plan on feeding medicated starter, then be sure to have coccidia medication on hand. Delaying treatment for even a day can be fatal.
Other common health problems are bumble foot, worms, lice and mites. There are many threads on this site about these topics if you wish to learn more.
It's also highly recommended that you check out the learning center section of this site.
