Chick must be Culled

I have a chick who is beyond repair and is has a leg which had a untreatable problem. His leg is swollen and is not getting better with straddle leg treatment and Sav-a-chick. How would I go assisting them find peace? Thanks

A small chick can be culled quickly with a pair of sharp scissors to the neck, or if it is a quail, it is possible to do it with bare hands. Maybe not such an appealing method, but nonetheless effective.
