Hello! I am having a chick-naming contest! I've even thrown in some prizes for the creators of the top 6 names.

Prizes!
The prizes won't be something great, but...... You WILL be receiving a custom-made avatar or banner (your choice) for your use.

But that is not here, is it? NO!

Why Am I Doing This?
I am getting SIX Ameraucana chicks on June 12th. I need names, though! They are all females, and 2 days old.

Rules
~Post as many names as you like!
~Whoever says a name first will receive a banner if I choose that name, not the person who said it second or third.
~Please adhere to my naming standards!
~All other BYC Rules apply here.

Naming Standards
I am looking for generic names, that do not depend on feather color or personality.
Color names aren't likely winners.
REAL NAMES (Mary, Joanne, etc.) are not accepted.
Cheesy names (Fluffy, Nugget, Clucky, etc.) are not accepted.
I like UNIQUE names.
I like NATURE names. (Not like Rain, Snow, etc. but like Typhoon, Aspen, etc.)
I like OTHER LANGUAGE names. (Spanish and LAtin are good, but please put the meaning of it as well!)

Dates
I will stop accepting name entries on May 30th.
I will take May 31st to choose the top 18 names.
Polls open on June 1st, and will last until June 12th! (So I can get YOUR opinion on names :D )
I will post pictures of the chicks and their names on June 13th, and also PM the winners!

**All dates are subject to change.

Let the name-making begin!
