Chick naming thread!

We have a Barred Rock, Pepper, who was the only survivor of our flock (we lost Emma-Cochin, Merriweather (one of Cinderella's fairy godmothers)-Black Australorp, Wilamena and Billie- RIR, Grizzly- Buff Barred Rock, and Chuck Ladou who actually did turn out to be a beautiful Banty roo. As horrible as it was to lose them we, and Pepper, started over.

Three Giant Cochin and a buff Orpington named after the Golden Girls, the darkest is Sophia, the gray hussy is Blanch, our little buff who wasn't too bright and spent several days pulling the others off their feet to eat their toes but the sweetest thing ever is Rose. Dorthy was the tall confident Orpington...cept Dorthy is a 12-14# roo now called Bo Duke. Later we added a Black Australorp Isabella Peep and two EE Hedgewig (after Harry Potter's owl) and Sadie Hawkins.

We are taking our time finding birds to adopt who need homes now and I am in love with the Mille Fleur d'Uccles so we will see what flies our way next.
