I like to give chicks flooring other than wood chips so they do not eat them. This is bamboo table placemat I am using, you can get a bunch from second hand stores, cloth place mats are good too. I sew cloth (small stitches) over a cracker/cereal box, for a bed, they love it. I put in a mirror. and to the left lower corner, I put a plate under the water-er.

This is genius! It’s perfect if you have a sick chick like I do right now too, they won’t smother themselves!
