chick not doing well help what's wrong what to do

chick wouldn't hatch we help it out of the egg was in weird position and since then has just sat in a heap gasping for air and not moving barely able to lift head or open eyes curved neck at weird angle what's wrong what can we do

How long has it been out?
All you can do is wait and see it if recovers.
Tell us more about the incubation..other chicks hatched, temps, etc.

it has been out a little more than 12 hours 2 other chicks have hatched fine and the incubator temp was 99.5 degree

unfortunately, he died last night but he only seemed to get worse as the night went on

sorry about your chick. Helping out is a crap shoot even if you sure it needs to be done and know how to do it. The silver lining is there is some natural selection that the genetically weaker birds won't make it at hatching rather than produce subpar birds you would have to feed.
