Chick not eating, drinking and listless

In the UK, we can get chick crumb with an anti-coccidiostat in it. Is this not available in the States?
We have the same sort of medicated chick crumb in Australia and I had been using it on my previous hatches. My local feed store ran out of it and I had to get some unmedicated crumb for this hatch - obviously the stuff works pretty well as this hatch is the only lot I've had trouble with. Lesson learned, now I have 2 bags extra as backup

I used non-medicated feed and had no outbreak while my friend used medicated and lost three batches before she figured out what was going on and dosed the whole batch corrid. I think it has more to do with exposure. Mine were incubated hers were from whatever hatchery Rural King uses. Either way, medicated isn't absolutely necessary for prevention and Corrid on hand is essential.

I am in USA.
