Chick not getting feathers on its head?

I have a chick, around 10-12 weeks old. He/she is fully feathered all over, except it just has fuzz on its head! I don't remember my other chicks being this ugly? Is there something wrong with this one? I haven't seen any signs that anyone is picking feathers, it just seems like none are growing on its head! Its an easter egger chick.

the head IS the last to feather-in.

Honestly I can't remember much though, seems like it was fuzz for a while, and then one day it just suddenly looked like a normal chicken. I've got month-old's this week, I'll let ya know in a few weeks

He/she is just really ugly. Looking more like a baby vulture than a chicken. I'll try and get a pic of the ugly thing.
