Chick not growing feathers well

Please keep us updated o.o I'm curious if it is a calcium from wrong food thing cuz don't they grow bone feather tubes then the feathers come through the tubes?

I'm stumped! I have 12 that grew normally despite wrong food. They never showed signs of feather issues. So not sure if this is genetic fault, incubation fault, or maybe is food related. I just cant comprehend the others thriving while this one is struggling. Time will tell. Here's one of the other hatchees totally normal
