Chick not growing

I have two chick one male and one female
But however the male one is not growing rapidly as the female one.. they almost 4 weeks old is there really a issue or I'm being too sensitive ...
And also i have very little knowledge about the breeds.
Please tell me the breed of these chicks i think they are crossed btw two breeds

If they are a cross breed then there will be a natural variation between individuals, especially size-wise. Cockerels do tend to feather in slower than pullets, so hopefully there's nothing to worry about.

it's a possibility that they are not the same breed, the male is smaller than the female. the problem there is breeding.

If they are crosses , it's pretty hard to tell you what breeds.
Where did you get them?

Sure i would set my climate...
I am from karachi Pakistan and i bought these chicks from a local animal shop I don't know if these chicks are cross or not... I also want to know the breed that's why i posted the picture so any expert can verify them

I can tell you with 100% assurance,that these chicks are golden misri.
They are not a recognized breed.
They are bred in Pakistan for egg production.
