Chick not keeping up

First time hatching with broody. She's a fantastic mom with five littles. One particular chick doesn't seem to keep up and gets left behind, chirping for mom. At first I thought perhaps she couldn't see well, but when there are things in front of her, she owns at them. She was the last to hatch, about 12 hours behind the others. Is this normal? She eats and drinks, not pasty. I'm also wondering if she's just cold. Mom is an active girl and stops often to show the chicks things, but she doesn't seem to get in the ground so they can cuddle under her until the sun goes down. They are one week old today. Should I pull this baby out or give her time to catch on? I just don't want one of the other chickens getting hold of her, not that they've tried so far.

I've never had a broody raise my chicks, but in the two times I have gotten chicks there was one chick in each batch that was just like yours. A loner, slower, etc. They grew just fine though.
I help this baby out sometimes, put her in the coop with the others and mama at night and out on the ground in the morning because she doesn't use the ramp yet. They will be two weeks old tomorrow. She is growing fine, just not super bright, but I adore her.
