Chick not moving but hatched

Can someone help me I have a little chick which hatched the wrong way of the egg it unzipped its way round then about 3 hours later stopped moving so I helped its head out to make sure it can breathe, and it got out of the shell its self, but now 5 hours after it's laying down not opening its eyes and really soft around the belly button, we do have a occasional chirp now or then but hardly no movement , we thought that it had lack of oxygen in the shell Which has caused it brain damage or it has hatched to early someone help me.

Was there any bleeding? If not, the chick might just need to rest up. Give it time. It will either rest, and rally, or it will not improve, and you may have to cull it. Unfortunately, when you hatch chicks, not all of them are strong survivors.

There is a section where you can post that's medical or emergency help. I would post it there, try giving it a little scrambled egg yolk mixed in with chicken starter to and electrolytes also. Boil a quart of water mix in 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking soda and let it cool. You may have to use your fingers and put a drop of water on its beak a few times every hour or so till its eating and drinking on its own. I hope someone with more experience comes in and jumps in but for now I would make sure its getting food and water.

The poor thing passed away this morning It was doing well last night but I woke up and it was gone

I am sorry it did not make it. Poor little thing I was hoping it would show some improvement.
