Chick not Walking

Looks like something's wrong with one of the chicks. :/
I thought the thing was lying to me because it happened yesterday, too, but after I messed with it for a little bit, it got right back up and started acting normal. That was almost 24 hours ago. It doesn't want to walk, and when it does it "penguins around" on its hocks. Its feed is medicated, but no shots. We bought it about a week ago now, so its almost two weeks old.
Its the biggest of the three I brought home so its not like it got picked on or anything. I felt its bones and didn't find anything unusual.
So far no others show signs.

Was this chick ever behaving normally? If yes, when did the lethargy set in?

Besides chick feed, what else have you been feeding? Has it been eating a lot if meal worms before this lethargy began?

Has this chick been chirping fast and constantly? Does it chirp louder and faster when it tried to poop? What does its poop look like? Is it pooping at all?

What kind of heat system do you have ?

How many chicks total and what are the dimensions of your brooder?

Yes, the chick was just fine nothing abnormal for a week. It just started acting weird 24 hrs ago.

I've been feeding them maybe a small handful of mealworms a day that they eat within 5 minutes among five chicks.

I haven't noticed this chick making distress noises, it mostly sleeps.

I'll take it out and monitor its poops.

There are five 2-week-old chicks in about a 3sq foot tub. I'll normally move them out at about 3 weeks or wherever they start flying out.

I would start some chick vitamins that contain riboflavin (vitamin B2) in case of a deficiency. NutriDrench does not have B2. Human vitamin B complex tablets 1/4 tablet daily crushed or fround onto some wet feed would help as well. If you could get a front on picture of it’s legs standing, while you hold it, it can help as well in case there is a slipped tendon or leg bone deformity.

I also would just give chick feed for now. Treats are not necessary until they are older.

I agree, the treats aren't necessary. But if you are giving anything besides chick starter, you need to offer grit. Otherwise they can't digest the treats.

I don't know if we have vitamin B tablets. I've got some of that green gunk they put in chick boxes, though, maybe it will have some. I'll check the label.

You haven't said what your heat source is in your brooder. Are you sure the brooder is only three square feet? That wound be approximately three feet by one foot. Tiny space in a brooder with a heat lamp makes it impossible for chicks to cool down if they absorb too much heat. So heat exhaustion could be your chick's problem.

I had a chick that became constipated after eating too many meal worms. I confess to the stupidity of getting carried away when visitors stopped by and were being entertained by the meal worm pandemonium. A few hours later, my chick was lethargic and not moving around.

I gave it a half teaspoon of coconut oil and that helped the blockage clear so the chick could poop again.

It says "growgel plus B" will that work?
It doesnt say the percent on the label it just says "Vit. B Supp. "
