Chick not wanting to stand

I had to make a run for work (I’m a truck driver), and now that I’m back I decided to bathe her. She has some swelling on her chest. Other than that her condition remains the same, now with diarrhea and a lot of chirping. Not sure what this swelling means but here’s a few pictures

Maybe that’s normal, I’m not sure. I’ve never bathed a chicken before so I’ve never seen them so naked. I’m very new to this stuff, forgive my ignorance.
I can take more pictures if needed

That lump looks like her crop. You need to dry her off & prevent any chill after a bath, blow dry her. Is she any better or worst?
I blow dried her after I towel dried her, she loved it! She’s doing better. I did some “physical therapy” with her and now she is sitting up! Yay! She’s stopped chirping so much too. She’s in the house hanging out. It’s not a hard lump, seems like fluid only.

She gets a mix of medicated (18%) and chick starter (24%), I feed all my birds free-choice. She’s got her eyes open now but her keel bone is very prominent indeed. She has access to food and water at all times so its strange that she is so thin. She eats like a horse, especially now that she’s inside by herself it’s like she never stops eating. Her diarrhea seems to have cleared up since this morning, and she is chirping constantly.
I’ve added some olive oil to her food, I’ve read it acts as a lubricant in the crop, I’ve been massaging it too but it doesn’t seem to help. I think for tonight I’m going to take her food away but I’m not sure if that’s a good idea or not.

Blood traces in the poo often means the intestines are inflamed. This will slow her digestive system, making the food stay in the crop for longer. Don't take her food away, just let her eat as much as she wants and gently massage the crop
