Chick: occasionally sneezing, head tremors, and constant chirping

A little over a week ago, I picked up a day old Silkie chick from a local swap. First day was fine, but after that he has been sneezing periodically through out the day and doing an occasional head shake (with or without sneezing) kind of like a neurological tremor.

I have kept him away from everyone else, and one of the possible things I saw that it could be is Newcastle, so I vaccinated everyone for that, including him last night.

Everyone else is fine, no symptoms. Today he is still doing the same.

1-What do you think it is?
2-If it is Newcastle and I gave him the vaccine, what will happen?

Vitamin E is great for neurological symptoms. Just clip the tip with a knife or scissors and squirt a few drops directly into beak.

It took about 3 days of dosing before I could see improvement in mine, but it was so bad it was somersaulting.
