I have a chick that looks like it just hatched (sometime between 12-7) and seems to be stuck on its back, trying to get up but just can’t get turned around. I have other eggs in there that have pipped so I’m not sure if I should open it up, it’s also 8pm, should I see how it’s doing in the AM or intervene now?

Welcome To BYC

I'd quickly turn the chick over or just remove her to the brooder so you can monitor her more closely and tend to her if needed.

It may be that she has something wrong is will not be able to fully recover.
