Fertile eggs dont affect taste. The eggs are still edible when fertilized. My eggs are always fertilized, just make sure not to keep in in a warm area.Sooooo, how do I keep from getting fertilized eggs? and my older ones have not given eggs in a while...2 going through a molt, any ideas?? I totally appreciate all advice

What I meant by combs and wattles, is that hens do not develop large combs and wattles at 4 months old. Only roosters have a fully red and developed comb and wattles at 4 months old.View attachment 2784393
