chick owner by accident

Hello, although I have always wanted chickens, I didn't think I was quite ready but divine intervention had other ideas. I have 2 chicks about a week or so old from our kindergarten class at school. I want to take the best care I can but I don't anything about chickens. I would love to relate what I am doing with them and definitely want advice. Thank you.

Firs off, good luck with your chicks! We're here to help you whenenver you need it, don't be shy about asking questions! Raising baby chicks would be a good place for you to post.
Do you have a brooder for them, feed and water, and heat? If so, you've pretty much got the essentials down and they should be okay to go.
