chick pecking at own sore

I have 6 baby chicks who were doing just fine until one apparently pecked at another and made a sore. I separated them and put antibiotic on the sore, but the chick will not leave her own sore alone. What do I do?

Rooster Booster pick no more lotion is what I use on baby chicks to prevent pecking. It tastes bad to them. I buy it at the feed store.
