Its early yet. I have had a egg that pipped first be one of the last to hatch.
Be patient, monitor the temp and humidity and leave them be.
Have your broody box ready.

No, the chick stopped moving inside the egg, I candled yesterday.
It has piipped air cell, but is not moving.

Is it still alive or just resting?

Probably just resting, give it some time. Sometimes they will rest for 18 to 24 hours before resuming the hatching process.

No, the chick died in the egg I think. The fan in my cheap generic 7 egg incubator conked out and most of the batch probably died.

What is the humidity in the bator? From the description of it pipping then dying, I would suspect too high humidity, likely drowned. hard to know without actually being there it see what happened. Sorry for your loss.

Could also be too low of Humidity and they got shrink wrapped into place and couldn't move.
