Never put water on it. Water dries it put more.

It doesn't look like it popped at the wrong end to begin with either. It looks like its right in the middle to me...the air cell goes down that far at hatch time.

i was right..the head was at the pointy end and all the legs and body were facing the air cell now by God's grace i zipped the membrane and still let the nature do it work and she kicked the shell off from her..thanks everyone
