Chick pipped at wrong side of the egg?

This isn't my first time hatching, but I've never actually came across this before, they've always hatched out the right way, but one has pipped at the wrong end:/ I'm actually worrying, can it hatch ok? Will it be able to zip?

Did the chick make it? I just found this and would of answered if I had got here in time.

Yeah she did, I gradually kept breaking off the shell, I didn't know what to do but I left the membrane as long as I could, she pushed herself out the membrane but I took all the shell off, this was her :

She was very weak and I didn't think she would make it, but after some vitamin water forced down her she's as lively as the others!

She is a he and I am sure you know that already

I don't know this breed personally... how do you know it is a he? The coloring?
