Chick pipped incubator off over 2 hours and open

No they staggered, day 22 then 2 on 23 then 1 on day 24. I hope nerves ease lol thank you
I would get another thermometer/hygrometer to check your incubator's temperature as that sounds like it was running lower than 99.5F degrees. Govee is a good brand if you're going to search for one. I have four incubators and only one is correct.

Silkies generally hatch Day 21, and I've had a couple as early as Day 18, but for the most part, I see them pipping on Day 20. The two I had that went to 24 days were both flukes out of hundreds of eggs.

The incubator is usually on 38. I’ll have a look at Govee thank you.
Yes my last ones have all pipped on day 20 and I thought surely they are done by now. I’ve left the chick alone but you can see and feel the part uncovered is fluffy
