my little americana that was in the worst state just passed too

i don't think i am cut out for this chickie raising.
the other americana in still hanging around and isn't just lay but stands and lay's and move around some but not much and wont eat on her own.
So out of 8 chicks I'm now down to 6

We are still hanging in here, although the one americana is still sad looking keep hopping she will perk up soon soon, but it night now.
My 5 happy little one's are doing really really good i would say, think I even saw a peeking order small little fight(one BO to the other). it was cute to see. And there little kicking/ scratching is cute to watch and they love to do it.
Off to boil an egg for the yolk for my little americana, clean up the kitchen I'll check in later

Well the 2nd little americana girl is not doing well this morning, and I fear she will not be around shortly. Very very sad. but the other chickie girl seem to be bigger already which is amazing and they are cute running around and they flap their wing.

I'm so sorry. It is so hard when you can't seem to help them. Sounds like you did the best you could for them.

Feed the americana some raw egg yolk. Dip your finger in it, and tap your yolk-covered finger on her mouth so she can eat it off your finger. Offer some water the same way. That's what I did with an unusually tiny blue silkie chick yesterday, who was depressed, unsteady on his feet, and didn't move too much. He seems more sprightly today, but still needs some more care and love.

Well our remaining chickiepoos are doing great, and all have name’s now. Pumpkin darker smaller BO, Sugar large liter BO, Vanilla our small black sex link, Coco smaller grayer barred rock, and Cookie darker large barred rock
