They are and they are huddled in the spot that’s cooler in the box

All under the heat lamp? If so, it needs to be a bit warmer in the area.

Okay I just adjusted it a bit so it would be warmer. They were huddled not directly under it kinda out of the way from it, but I fixed it. They seem to be eating and drinking fine.
