Chick pulled out intestines during hatch

I have a banty chick that hatched this morning that appears to have pulled out some intestines. Very small amount. Kinda a red bump at the navel about 4mm thick. Anything I can do to help it? Will Witch Hazel help it retract? I'm not comfortable trying to push it back in.

Are you sure that is the vent and not the umbilicus or navel? If it is the vent, I would just put a dab of plain neosporin or hydrocortisone cream on it. If it is the navel, put a dab of alcohol, betadine, or plain neosporin on it. How is the chick acting?

It's the navel. I know it's not the vent
It is super active.

Leave it alone. It will resolve itself. Worry it and you will have a problem.
