Chick round like a ball with no neck

My chick has no neck and is shaped like a ball. She is a EE and about a month old. I have another blue comet the same she didn't but 1/4 of her siblings and then she died. What am I doing wrong?

1.The chick
2. The bag of feed you are feeding
3. The area/coop/brooder you are keeping her in?
