Chick saved from dog! help...

Okay yesterday my sister saved a baby chick from her dog, the thing is she lives in town so for me its kinda hard to believe that there were chicks there, she said she even saw more. The chick is real small and I want to know what type it is.

Yeah, its pretty hard to tell but it looks amazingly healthy for being in a dogs mouth!
