Chick slow to feather. Is something wrong?

I have 3 (most likely mixed breed) chicks all born at the same time. One of them still looks only 3 days old when they are almost 2 weeks old. It's she sick or is she a he? I heard makes can take longer to feather, but I hate comparing when they aren't the same breeds.

Fast or slow feathering is a genetic trait; the chick is fine, just slower to feather out. Mary
