chick spastic neck!

Hello... hopefully someone can help us... our 5 week old smallest chick became very lethargic this morning so we isolated her and have been keeping her warm. She is not eating. She will only drink if we feed her with eyedropper. Tried applesause, no......
the weird thing she is doing is tweaking her neck back and forth, sort of a rocking motion but just the neck and head. Has anyone ever experienced this??? Thanks!

are you feeding med starter?
You can give three drops of Polyvisol Enfamil formulation (preferably non-flavored) in beak once a day for a week then taper off the next... be sure to give drop at a time and ensure it swallows on its own.
You also need to ensure it drinks sufficiently to avoid dehydration...dribble a bit of water along it s beak (again ensuring it swallows on its own >do not squirt water in its beak as it will aspirate in lungs)
