Chick Started to Unzip too early?

I am incubating 7 eggs. Two started pipping last night. One of them unzipped and hatched today and looks great, but the other pipped and unzipped a little (I saw a little blood?) and now has not moved or made any noises in over 12 hours. There is some shell that has been pecked off from the top of the egg and some torn membrane and I can see the chick, but no movement. Does this egg have a chance?

Umm, go help that chick ASAP HE IS SHRINK WRAPPED AND IS NOW STUCK IN THE EGG.
