chick starter

what can i feed the chickies until i can get to the feed store tommorrow? i ran out of starter feed.

For just one day, I grind up a bit of whatever grains I have in the kitchen (using the blender). Such as oats & corn meal & wheat germ and barley. Other times, I cook some rice and feed them that.

NewGuinea covered it but they can also eat some greens like spinach. Mine
love apple cores and stale bread too. Heck, mine eat everything.

Whatever is left on your plate is good just avoid potatos.
