I was wondering if ducklings and goslings (2 weeks and 5 days) can have these for a small amount of time/day? They have access to grit, and get small amounts of mealworms and chopped greens each day (spread out so they have to "hunt").

Thanks in advance!

I've never given anything like that to my ducks. I doubt it would hurt them as an occasional fun treat. They may not even show interest in it if they can't get anything off of it right away, you know they don't have a pointy Bill to Peck at it like a chicken would.

When I get a watermelon in the summer I like to cut it in half and scoop out most of it leaving some in the *bowl* for the ducks.
I throw some mealworms in it and maybe some lettuce scraps or dandelion greens. They love that.
I actually had a watermelon the other day and thought of this post and took some out to the ducks. The big dummies had forgotten they liked it. Last summer they would about run me over to get to a melon. Took them all day to decide it wouldn't kill them yesterday. By that time it was warm and covered in flies. Good grief. :barnie
Thanks everyone! I ended up using some greens and a small amount of mealworms under some beginner pet puzzles to help them stay busy!
