Chick struggling to stand

My last chick to hatch (was a late hatch day 25) needed help out of the egg and now struggles to stand, it falls to the left and ends up on it back. It is about 20 hours out of the egg and still struggling. What can I do to help it?

It takes help-out chicks a while to "unravel" and walk normally. Is he in the brooder yet? I wouldn't worry unless this continues.

Yes it's in the brooder. Looks like splayed leg from the research I've done,

It isn't splayed legs, more balance and one side being a bit weak. Definitely improved today for a day and night in a cup. Stronger now needs to work on balance and feeding.
