It's been more than three hours now or more this one Brahma bantam egg started to pip some time early in the morning like 4 am. But was not making any progress as it did not pip on the broad end of the egg rather in middle somewhere. I helped remove some of the shell, where the beak was. It's been more than three hours now its not even trying to come out. I am attaching a photo of the egg for you guys to see and suggest if everything is alright , or intervention needed here.

I would leave it alone. Some take 24hrs after pip before they are even ready to hatch. You don't want to interfere with a chick that is still absorbing its yolk.

As long as you see its little beak poking out, so it isn't getting suffocated under the membrane or something.
