Chick that just hatched, legs are out. Like a sitting Position

I've seen chicks have leg problems from having big bellies. It's like their belly gets in the way of their legs. Is the chick pooping?

Winnie (I named the chick Winnie the Pooh) doesn't really have a big belly. Its just soft, his bones and his wings are just not right. Weird, its like he's almost Sick and Injured at the Same time. I haven't seen Winnie poop, but I'm pretty sure he Peed. Its kinda Sticky, But. I'm assuming that's normal, for New Hatchlings. Cause he just hatched Today, He's twitching now. So, we might put him down. He really has no Muscle and isn't holding up well, We're gonna try that Image you sent me. And see if it works

We think its something to do with when he was inside the egg, because he's laying down. Curled up and in a Position if he was in a Egg. Thank you for the Links and Advice, I'll save those for next time. He's just overall weak like I said, doesn't really have strong muscles, skinny-ish and just not doing well. He's barely drinking water from the syringe too, if you know or find something else though. I'd be happy if you told me on this post, cause. Maybe we can still save him, Hopefully. Fingers crossed he'll survive if we do something, but we'll probably put him down. For the best, so he's not suffering

When a chick is sitting upright with its legs sticking out straight forward it is usually a mushy belly caused by it having absorbed all of the egg without expelling any waste yet. With large eggs this can be common. The chick is unbalanced and can't get its weight over its legs. If it is laying on its side, light weight and very weak, that can be caused by late hatching and has used too much energy trying to get out of the egg. In either case, taping it to a cardboard can correct the problem if done asap.

Thank you so much! But unfortunately, we are going to put him down, today. Cause, the Legs aren't his only problem and he's overall weak. And actually dying right now But, Thank you! I'll keep this in mind
