Chick that's been hatching for 3 days?

I have one chick that pipped on Monday night. We could hear it cheeping and everything seemed fine. All the other eggs pipped and hatched yesterday. There was no progress on that egg yesterday, I thought maybe the chick died. This morning the egg was cheeping, and there was more of the shell cracked and pieces that had been pecked away (everyone else was out of the bator so it had to be the chick in the egg that did it., bad I know, but we moved them fast in the bathroom with the hot shower running). So now it's 3:13pm and the chick still hasn't made a lot of progress. Should I just leave it? It will be day 3 by tonight.

I've never had to before. I guess I can try. It's been 3 days, so I imageine it's either dead or too tired to complete the hatch.
