Chick URI? Help

I have a 3 week old chick that has been perfectly fine, until this evening when I found her puffy, eyes closed and frequently shaking her head. There is a slight crackle but sounds like it’s sinus rather than lungs. There doesnt appear to be a nasal
discharge but I think when she shakes her head she is shaking fluid from her nose. She was fine 2 hours prior! I have a video link below. I’m leaving for a week in 24 hours, of course. I’m going to get Tylan to start.... Thoughts?

I had a chick just recently that sounded and looked like this. Except mine was open mouth breathing too. She is smaller than the rest of my chicks and I looked up her symptoms. Brooder pneumonia came up. I treated her with poultry cell and Apple Cider Vinegar. I also changed out all the bedding in the brooder and cleaned it well. She has been doing much better since.
