Pyxis is correct, technically they are already pullets, but we amateurs usually consider a pullet a chick that is growing feathers and is bigger and taller, about to mature to a full grown version of itself. At her first birthday, she will become a hen. I give treats to my chicks at around 1 to 2 weeks. A great treat is some grass with the roots and dirt still attached. Also some bugs, meal-worms and stuff like that.
