Chick walking on hocks?

8 have hatched. One is walking on hocks. Any ideas? So reluctant to cull, as it's one of only 2 girls
The legs don't seem splayed?

Relief. This is my first proper hatch. Last time I tried I only got 1/6. This time I am on 6/9 already.

I would give her vitamins that contain riboflavin (B2.) Human vitamin B complex contains riboflavin and you canngive 1/4 tablet crushed daily into some a little water, and give it with a dropper.
