Chick waterer ok for adult quail?

So I’m finally moving my group to their outside pen, due to having 3 males I have to split them up. We will be doing a more automatic system shortly but have other things needing done at the moment. So my question is, can I use a chick waterer for them without marbles? I use a quail waterer for the babies and do not need the marbles and I imagine with how big they are it would be hard to drown in a chick waterer but I wanted to check to be sure before I accidentally drown them.

Yes. You don't have to worry about marbles after they're a week old.
