Our local NPIP testing agent didn’t want to mess with quail so I had to have the state come out, I never understood what the issue was, they seemed pretty easy to handle/manage to me. Then I bought a golden pheasant, yeah, I understand now! It will be fun getting recertified! Kind of like the difference between a Holstein and a buffalo! Domesticated indeed!
