Chick with a Hurt Foot

Ok so I just saw what the issue is. It looks like the other chicks (and maybe her too?) pecked a toe off. They were getting pretty rough with her so I put her in a separate box but I don't know what or if there is a solution to this issue. Anyone?

How many other chicks do you have and how big Is the brooder/box?

Pic of box? I was thinking they could have pecked each other out of stress maybe..

Quite a big box! Take her to a vet, they'll know what to do.

Yep the brooder is pretty big, with a red lamp, plenty to do, plenty to eat and drink, and kept at the right temp. I was hoping I wouldn't have any hiccups with raising them in what I think is a good condition. My local vet doesn't take exotics, but I know of one that does. Good news is I just checked in my little triage box and the hurt chick was up and eating. Now I want to see her drink. If I see that I'll feel better and maybe think that she can recover. Reintroducing her to the others might not be a good idea though.

I just checked on the others and watched a Wyandot pull an Easter Egger of a perch by his feather. This isn't going to be as easy as I'd thought. :(

So this seems like it will be a process if it ever gets resolved. I separated the hurt chick into its own box and cut a window so the rest could hop up on a wood block and see the triaged chick and visa-versa. Hurt chick has food and water and seems to eat and drink when she wants to.

I'm hoping that after a few days she'll heal up but will I be able to reintroduce a previously bullied chick? My vet friend says the only other option is find someone to adopt her. Has anyone had success removing a chick and reintroducing them back later on?

Thanks and sorry for all of the drama and questions. Just trying not to mess this up, and if I could keep all 5 chicks alive that would be awesome.
