Chick with bump on her head?

I have a mixed heritage breed chick, four weeks old, who developed a strange lump on the back of her head. I noticed it about a week ago, it was bare of fuzz and raised and hard, but normal in colour. Now it looks like it got scraped or something and has some scabs. I'm not sure what it is, if there is treatment, or if I should even be concerned. The chick seems to be acting normally and the others aren't bothering her. Any advice??

Hello! I have a chick with a very similar situation. Mine has 3 or so of these lumps and they are growing very quickly. What happened with yours? If you look up "cochin chick with tumors" you can see my pics.

Update! My chick's bump went away when his feathers all came in. So he was fine. He grew up and is now most likely in our freezer....but he lived a happy life with no other problems.
