Chick with butt pocket?

We hatched some chicks last night and one of them was born with a weird pocket where its vent should be. I dont know what to think about it and I dont know how to help it. Any ideas? Im afraid this poor thing will die..

Im not sure. It looks like it begins with skin attached, but it was stuck to the incubator by it, so I removed it and green liquid oozed out. It was disgusting. Any ideas?

I know this is really juvenile but.................Butt Pocket!!???

That reminds me of my 18 year old using the term "donkey crevice".
I can't wait to see the look on the hubby's face when I share that one!

I couldnt think of another way to say it! Poop pocket perhaps? But seriously.. I want to help the little fella.
