Chick with crooked beak???

I am a new chicken mommy with 54 new babies. They are approximately 3 1/2 weeks old. Last night, my husband noticed that one of the "free rare chicks" that came with our order has a crooked beak. The top part is on the far right and the bottom on the far left. What do I do, poor chick.... How did that happen, It wasnt there a few days ago....
