One of my Easter Eggers had a slight crossbeak like that as a chick. It did get worse as she got older but she is now 6 months old, healthy, and laying eggs. It did require slightly more work than the others, because every 3 months or so (in my case) I have to trim the very tips of her beak using a nail clipper since she won't be able to file it herself. It's easier than I thought it was, as long as you trim the white parts only they continue to grow out like nails but there's lots of videos on YouTube on that. Also, she does require a "pile" of food to be able to mash her face into to eat properly since she can't peck the food. Look for feeders without scratchguards. Because I handle her so much, she is a lap chicken and enjoys being handled without complaints.
