Chick with deformed feet

This chick hatched this morning. 1/4 silkie. gets around fine.

She only has 4 "toes" (one is only a centimeterlong and completely useless), but they are in an odd arrangement. This is a silkie foot: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=211135 (4th picture). You know what a normal foot looks like of course.

I had a chick about a year ago with a bad foot. It stuck out really bad put I didnt want to kill it so I let it live. It got around fine but he was just a little slower. It broke my heart to see it trying to keep up with the others. He lived about 3 months. He wasnt able to grow and he died in his sleep. That doesnt mean yours will do that he looks much better. Hope he keeps a chirpin. Good Luck!!!!!!
