chick with dirty but and stuff legs

I have a 5 day old chick with a dirty but ans stands with legs stiff I cleaned the chicks butt it was not actually covering the rectum so I didnt get too carries away I didnt want to stress it out. please look at the pics and tell me what you think. the belly seems a little big too. the dirty but is above the tail and goes a ways down in the tummy

That looks like more going on than just a dirty butt. Looks like the chick is ill. Have you tried giving it antibiotics? Just a suggestion.
