chick with disformed eyes

my little EE chick just hatched and she has some weird eyes, her eyeballs are where they should be but the eye lids and skin cover over half her eye! what the heck?!? has anyone ever had this happen? and she cant really pick her neck up its limp oh gosh i dont want to have to cull her/him is there anything else i can do?

i have seen this before i think it is a deformity but as long as the chick seems fine i wouldn't worry to much
